Nestled right on the waterfront, this boutique hotel offers a unique blend of modern comfort and historic charm. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home with their warm hospitality and excellent communication. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and boasted breathtaking views of the water. Waking up to the sight of boats coming in and out of the estuary was a truly magical experience. Every morning, we were treated to a delightful continental breakfast with warm croissants, fresh coffee, and light options to start our day. Although parking was a bit of a walk away, navigating the cobbled streets only added to the charm of this historic village. Being just a short ferry ride and bus journey away from bustling San Sebastian, we enjoyed the best of both worlds - a peaceful retreat with easy access to city life. In conclusion, Donibanea is a true hidden gem that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a romantic escape or a peaceful getaway. the combination of unbeatable location, friendly staff, and cozy accommodations made our stay truly unforgettable.
